1.7 End users are users of a zoom app. GSUSA and its third-party suppliers reserve the right to suspend, modify or revoke GSUSA ZOOM LICENSES and/or Zoom services at any time without any liability, including and without restriction, for maintenance, update or update or any other use defined by GSUSA or Zoom. The Commission`s continued use of GSUSA ZOOM LICENSES constitutes the approval of any changes to that licence and its approval, which is bound by the terms of this agreement. 18.10. 4.2.2. The licensee acknowledges that a change in the API can have major negative effects on zoom applications, including, but not limited to, not using zoom applications as expected. Zoom disclaims any responsibility to the licensee or user of the licensed zoom applications for changes to the API or adverse effects resulting from such changes to the API. The licensee`s continued access to the zoom API or zoom API after the compliance period is a mandatory acceptance of the relevant API changes. 18.7. Claims, questions or disagreements between the licensee and Zoom, his related companies or their respective executives, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors or resellers resulting from or in connection with this agreement are only tried in the Superior Court of California, San Mateo County for federal court cases or the United States District Court of the Northern District of California. Each party undertakes to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to litigation and undertakes not to raise disputes before another court or other adjudication body.
